Hi, Welcome and again, we are sticking with health and diet. Here's today's secret: ***Eat More Porridge*** This one is fairly simple. Eat more porridge. It's not a new secret either as humankind has been cultivating and eating oats since the Bronze Age. Why eat porridge? Having said that, I must tell that I am not a dietician, nor a nutritionist and I am no expert in any health related field. What follows is simply what I have studied and learned in my life (so far). As with any major planned dietary change, please seek expert medical advice first. Having said all that, what you are about to read, really works. I know, I have...
Life Improvement Tip - Exercise

spiritually. The benefits are just too many too list. But most
importantly, you feel good about yourself. Your body shape alters, your diet naturally improves, you find yourself making healthier choices (why run 2 miles and then ruin the gain by eating that cream bun?). You will have more energy. Your sex life will probably improve. But if you don't like running, there are many other ways you can exercise.
