I've used a few of the Vitali-Chi wellness spritzers and I currently have one Immune Defense for each member in the household. I use it to either ward off any germs that others in the family may have, to stop me developing them, or if I feel the beginnings of a sore throat. I do 2-4 sprays 4 times a day. All I can say is that it works for me and I definitely recommend. The key is frequent application. Handy enough to keep in your bag.
Our household is never without a few immune defence spritzers in the cupboard. We have one each and use it at the first signs of a cold / virus, or sore throat. It's important to use a few times a day - as a result I seldom have a cold, or a sore throat that develops into anything else.
