Acupuncture Without Needles
Vitali-Chi is a passive, non-mechanical healthcare system. It is based on the ancient healing system of acupuncture but without needles.
Regulates Our Vital Energy
Vitali-Chi Boost helps to clear the energy flow of any obstructions so that the life force can now move in one continuous smooth circuit. It is this vital natural energy, that when flowing smoothly and freely can prevent and heal disease. It can be either energising or relaxing since it works towards balance in whichever way the body needs. It balances our body’s energy by connecting meridian and chakra terminations in our hands and feet to the points at the base of the neck and the bottom of the spine. When the body’s primary energy centres are linked together, energy flow is profoundly enhanced, relieving stress and tension.
The booster is a low level battery current of 9 volts (30 k Hz / 30,000 Hz) and is similar to Galvanic beauty treatments.
- It sends a resonating Square Wave through the circuit which disrupts bacteria, parasites, viruses and damaged cells
- It increases the effect of the vibrational frequencies by amplifying them
A Faster Method of Healing
Vital-Chi is a faster method of healing because:
- Frequencies enter the aura which is where disease is first made and is the entry point into the body (weakened outer energy system)
- The boost Square Wave disrupts disease
- The vibrational frequencies heal and re-message the cells to stop the disease process
It regulates uneven blood pressure and lowers pressure by strengthening the pulse rate thereby lowering high blood pressure.
Theta Brainwave Measurement
Muse, a brainwave measuring device was used ‘before and after’ a Vitali-Chi session.
We achieved a 59% ‘calm’ during the session, which effectively showed that the brain was in ‘theta’. A theta brainwave is where the self-healing state automatically kicks in. It is good for anxiety, stress and disease states because the limbic system is involved.
4 -7.9 Hz
Deeper Meditation • Near The Stage Of Sleep • Dreaming Sleep (REM) Vivid, Dreamlike Imagery • Creative Visualisation • Feel More Open & Connected • Advanced Problem Solving • Super Creativity • Insight • Intuition • Inspiration • Deeper Subconscious To Super-Conscious Mind • Trance-like • GABA • Immune System • Serotonin • Endorphins • Acetylcholine • Lower Cortisol • Deeply Relaxed • Sleep Better • Emotional Intelligence • Increased production of catecholamines (vital for learning and memory) • Increased retention of learned material. Increased creativity.
Fight/Flight – It helps switch off the amygdala ‘fight/flight’ button and lowers our stress levels which helps us shift from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system. It signals to our body that there is nothing to be afraid of.
Left brain/right brain balance – It helps the brain connect the two hemispheres through the logic and creative aspects which enables greater problem solving skills, enhanced study powers and improved creativity.
Creative, divergent, cognitive thinking, insight and problem solving - Increases headspace so aids creative thinking and also helps clear negative self-messaging which blocks creativity. Reduces cognitive rigidity (an inability to think of different possible solutions to a problem) due to the tendency to be ‘blinded’ by experience and increases insight which helps problem solving. Promotes “divergent thinking”, a type of thinking that allows many new ideas to be generated. It also impacts the way decisions are identified, made, implemented and assessed.
Emotional intelligence – Increases the ability to manage one’s emotions. It helps us to perceive the world, and to control and evaluate emotions. It helps us step back from a situation, look at it without emotion and respond to it without an automatic, preconditioned, emotional reaction.
Emotions and emotional control - Increases activity in areas of the prefrontal cortex that help regulate emotions. Lowers the density of neurons in the amygdala and increases the density of neurons in areas involved in emotional control.
Anger – We calm down as adrenaline switches off.
Rumination – It stops perpetual negative thinking. Every thought produces biochemical reactions in the brain which match a feeling in the body. When you think happy thoughts the body feels good and when you think sad you feel sad. So thoughts become feelings and feelings become thoughts but meditation can stop this loop tape because when you focus your attention on a feeling your thoughts lose their power. You learn to choose your thoughts.
Focus and self-control - Changes brain structure and function – after just 11 hours of theta brainwave, structural changes around the anterior cingulate cortex, a part of the brain involved in monitoring our focus and self-control improves. Multi-tasking becomes easier because you are able to stay on tasks longer and make fewer task switches. Performance and ability improves as you learn new things which are dependent on the ability to focus. As we improve focus it helps resist distraction which increases our ability to control our impulses, emotions and achieve long-term goals.
Attention and concentration - Improves our ability to sustain attention. Reduces impulsiveness and hyperactivity, so is good for all ages who have ADD and Hyperactivity Disorder.
Alertness - Changes brainwaves, leading to higher levels of alpha brainwaves which are associated with a state of wakeful relaxation. Regular use of Vitali-Chi keeps the brain in this alpha state. Increases gamma brain wave activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain which is associated with higher mental activity and heightened awareness.
Academic success - Improves academic success because of controlled impulses and focused attention. Improves our ability to focus under pressure - stress reduces what is called “working memory capacity” – the ability to retain thoughts in our mind and manipulate them. It significantly reduces “disturbance” or noise within the brain.
Time management - Improves time performance tasks, useful for anyone who has to work to deadlines.
Relaxation Response - It initiates the “Relaxation Response” whereby the heart rate and respiration slows and the blood pressure drops.
Stress management - Activates the “rest and digest” part of our nervous system, helping with stress management. Increases activity in the prefrontal cortex that helps regulate emotions, subsequently reducing stress. Stops our brain from over-processing too much information which is stressful. When beta waves decrease we see a decrease in overloaded information waiting to be processed. Stress related diseases are disorders of excessive stress responses.
Immune System & Response – Reduces the stress chemical cortisol which suppresses the immune system. Increases left-side brain activity which increases immune response. Levels of antibodies increase. Regular theta brainwave reduces the amount of stress-related chemicals in our body and prevents us from turning to unhealthy coping strategies. Immune cell telomerase activity or mucosal immunity increases.
Fear, worry and anxiety - Reduces the reactivity of the amygdala - the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear, worry and anxiety and feeling threatened. Changes in breathing slow the heart and metabolism which ease palpitations and anxiety. Helps with anxiety management across various types of people: from those suffering with cancer, to those with social anxiety disorders and eating issues.
Depression and sadness – Releases chemicals that boost motivation, psychological stability and mood and which also create calm, contentment and security. They help you feel happy and relaxed and help to calm an overstimulated and overwhelmed mind which renders you helpless, powerless, sad and depressed.
Sleep – Relaxes and calms the mind of unresolved problems that inhibit sleep which affects all mind and body processes. Releases chemicals that effect the master biological clock which plays a vital role in orchestrating the circadian rhythms of multiple biological processes.
Memory and learning - Brain density increases in areas connected to learning and memory processing. It is the brain’s outer cortex that is responsible for higher mental functions such as concentration, learning and memory. Preserves cognition and prevents dementia by reducing oxidative stress and other neurodegenerative trends (an overactive brain is linked to a number of mood and behavioural disorders, including schizophrenia, depression and autism).
Moods, anger, tension and stress - Higher levels of brainwaves reduce negative moods and feelings including anger, tension and sadness. Positively influences the identification of emotions and the communication of emotions, as well as regulating the expression of anger
Relationships - Improves our relationships. The more relaxed, grounded and self-accepting we are, the more we are able to relate to others. It helps non-judgmental acceptance and with these changes we are better able to identify and describe our feelings. Helps us to access our true self which is hidden beneath the debris of negative thinking and negative messaging.
Kindness, empathy and compassion - We become mindful and more observant of how we act and show more empathy towards others. Forgiveness, love, compassion and kindness develop from cleansing our minds of negativity.
Self-acceptance - We become more capable of controlling, our thoughts. A key part of theta brainwave revolves around noticing our thoughts without judging them or getting caught up in their stories or meanings. This helps us to develop a different perspective on our internal dialogue, develop a greater understanding of ourselves, and practice noticing our thoughts and feelings without attaching meaning or judgement to them.
Self-confidence - When negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves come up during meditation, we practice simply noticing them in the moment. Over time, this leaves us better able to handle negative internal dialogue.
Health - Activates the “rest and digest” part of our nervous system, (parasympathetic nervous system), helping with stress management. Reduces activity in the sympathetic nervous system, which restores balance and homeostasis. Reduces autonomic nervous system activity, ultimately reducing blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory rate. Helps to decrease blood pressure and regulate blood flow. Deep breathing increases the oxygen in the blood stream which speeds healing to the lungs, the stomach and the vital organs. Reduces blood pressure and regulates blood flow. May help prevent genetic damage as it increases telomere length. Telomeres are protein complexes that protect our genes, and shortened telomeres have been linked to various diseases. Reduced stress could help certain enzymes that lengthen telomeres. Lowers levels of lipid peroxide which can contribute to atherosclerosis and other chronic diseases associated with aging. Affects mechanisms that regulate blood glucose levels and insulin production, and in general can help combat diabetes by influencing the immune system, reducing oxidative stress and managing diabetes side effects. Influences brain chemical activity implicated in causing seizures. Repairs damaged brain structures, and changes brain activity patterns, and so can be an effective long-term epilepsy management strategy for many.
Slower respiration rate changes cardiovascular activity that correspond to an increase in the activity of the restorative parasympathetic system. EEG and heart rate variability improves. The coherent pattern of heart rhythm, a sine wave-like heart rhythm oscillating at a frequency around 0.1 Hz, can be generated by theta brainwave. Heart coherence also reflects a positive state of emotion such as love, appreciation, and compassion and higher cognitive functions. This is due to the heart rate when it is regulated by the Autonomic Nervous System. The ANS has two branches, known as the Sympathetic Nervous System (which acts like the accelerator, and is responsible for "fight or flight") and the Parasympathetic Nervous System (which acts as the brake and brings about relaxation). In stress and anxiety, the parasympathetic nervous system is not active at all, so there is typically no rhythm, and it's likely that the sympathetic nervous system will increase heart rate.
Pain - Reduces chronic pain by 57 %. Accomplished meditators can reduce pain by over 90 %. Soothes the brain patterns underlying pain and, over time, these changes take root and alter the structure of the brain itself, so that patients no longer feel pain with the same intensity. Many say that they barely notice it at all. Releases endorphins that reduce pain - these chemicals are far more powerful than the strongest painkillers. Lowers levels of cortisol the stress hormone that causes inflammation. Relaxes and releases stress and tension that cause muscle and headaches.
Breathing - Deep breathing increases the oxygen in the blood stream which speeds healing to the lungs, the stomach and the vital organs.
Skin - Keeps the hormone levels balanced which leads to beautiful skin and radiant looks.
Longevity of cells – Increases high telomerase activity which helps slow processes of cellular aging.
Spiritual wellbeing - Helps us to raise our energy vibration to a higher consciousness. The ultimate consciousness being a bliss consciousness. Helps us to access our spiritual being. Feelings of forgiveness, love, compassion and kindness develop from cleansing our minds of negativity.
Brain Chemicals (Neurotransmitters)
Brain chemicals called neurotransmitters are released during theta brainwave. Many are related to positive moods, happiness and relaxation. Neurotransmitters control your ability to focus, concentrate, and remember, as well as regulating mood, cravings, addictions, sleep, and more. When your neurotransmitters are out of balance you may feel out of control. If you get depressed for no apparent reason, feel overwhelmed by life, have trouble sleeping, or have negative thoughts that you just can’t shake off, it is very possible that you have a neuro- transmitter imbalance. You may have become a shopaholic, chocoholic, caffeine addict, or much worse.
Theta brainwave influences these neurotransmitters:
Endorphins – Stimulates the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus, thus releasing endorphins. Endorphins reduce pain, stress and fear and enhance happiness. They are thought to reduce blood pressure.
Norepinephrine – Locks the effect on the body of norepinephrine, an "emergency hormone" secreted in response to stress which cause changes in mood. This has a carry-over effect, because the body’s response remains altered with regular use of Vitali-Chi. A deficiency can lead to nervous depression and memory loss and it also controls food intake, regulates temperature, and hormonal secretions. It plays an important role in Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis.
Serotonin – Boosts serotonin levels - serotonin is a main neurotransmitter that has profound influence over your mood and behaviour. It helps maintain psychological stability. It helps the Central Nervous System (CNS) and the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS). Depleted serotonin levels are directly linked to anxiety, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, negative thoughts, OCD, SAD (seasonal affective disorder), depression, apathy, obesity, fatigue, insomnia, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, migraine headaches, premenstrual syndrome and fibromyalgia. It has a calming effect and eases tension and helps us feel less stressed, more relaxed and focused.
Oxytocin – Releases oxytocin (these levels rise during sexual arousal, feeling in love and breastfeeding), is a pleasure hormone. It creates feelings of calm, contentment, and security, while reducing fear and anxiety.
Dopamine – Increases the production of dopamine which eases addiction. It plays a key role in the brain’s ability to experience pleasure, feel rewarded and maintain focus. When dopamine is released from the nerve endings, it causes a pleasant feeling of will power and accomplishment. It is known as the “motivation molecule” and helps depression and apathy.
GABA - Boosts GABA - (gamma aminobutyric acid) One of the major inhibitory neurotransmitters known for stabilising mood disorders. Anxiety, panic disorders, tension, stress, over-stimulation, overwhelm, insomnia, addiction and epilepsy are believed to be due to the failure to produce adequate levels of GABA. It also helps depression, heart palpitations, cold hands, and shortness of breath.
DHEA - Increases your DHEA levels - (dehydroepiandrosterone). Low levels are strongly associated with the risk of heart attack, diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, lupus, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. DHEA enhances memory, alleviates depression, and causes a remarkable improvement in a person’s sense of psychological and physical well-being. Chronic disease may cause the adrenal glands to produce more of the immune suppressant cortisol and less DHEA. It also provides strong support to your immune system.
Melatonin - Boosts Melatonin - a hormone manufactured in the brain by the pineal gland, from the amino acid tryptophan. Levels of melatonin in the blood peak before bedtime and its function is to create restful sleep. Research has also revealed that it is a powerful antioxidant. Stress, however, significantly lowers melatonin levels. The more you use Vitali-Chi, the more you are able to maintain healthy levels of melatonin by reducing stress and restoring balance. As a result, regular use will help you sleep more soundly so that you can wake up feeling refreshed each morning.
HGH – Dramatically boosts your HGH (human growth hormone) which sustains your tissues and organs all the way through your life. A diminishing supply after the age of 40 causes the frailty that comes with aging—decreased bone density, decreased muscle mass, increased body fat, weakening heart contractions, poor mood, lack of motivation, and poor exercise capacity.
Cortisol - Lowers your levels of cortisol. Cortisol has been found to have effects such as decreased bone density, elevated blood pressure, suppressed thyroid function, weakened cognitive performance, chronic stress, blood sugar imbalances such as hyperglycaemia, decrease in muscle tissue, lowered immunity and inflammatory responses in the body, increased abdominal fat (which is related to many more health problems than fat deposited in other areas of the body), heart attacks, strokes, increased levels of “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and decreased levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL), which lead to other health problems.
Glutamate - A sub-type of glutamate receptor appears to mediate the function of brain plasticity, an important process in learning and memory.
Acetylcholine – Acetylcholine is a vitally important neurotransmitter for all autonomic nervous system transmissions. The ANS maintains equilibrium in the body and controls heart rate, digestion, respiration rate, salivation, perspiration, pupil dilation, the discharge of urine and sexual arousal. It helps in memory, motivation, perception and cognition and is associated with memory and learning. A decrease in levels leads to loss of memory, senile dementia, Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis.
Dopamine & Acetylcholine Synergy – Theta brainwave has an inhibitory influence over various brain centres. For instance, involuntary movements like tremors and chorea are suppressed by basal ganglia through the action of dopamine and acetylcholine synergy. Any imbalance causes involuntary movements like chorea, tremors (Parkinson's Disease etc.). Similarly, loss of cortical control over the motor neurons of the spinal cord leads to exaggerated muscle and tendon jerks due to loss of inhibitory control of the higher motor cortex.
Nerve Growth Factor – Increases Nerve Growth Factor which is a hormone like peptide, responsible for the growth and maintenance of various brain structures.
Vasopressin - Enhances clarity, increases attention to detail, improves short-term memory and improves memory imprinting. Good for mental decline, senile dementia and diabetes insipidus.
The Limbic System
This is where behavioural and emotional responses are affected, such as our fight or flight responses. The limbic system is concerned with hunger, motivation, sex drive, mood, pain, pleasure, appetite, and memory. It includes:
- The amygdala, the frontal part of the brain which is the integrative centre for emotions, emotional behaviour and motivation. It regulates emotions such as fear and aggression and is also involved in tying emotional meaning to our memories, reward processing and decision making.
- The hippocampus is the posterior part of the brain that recollects the past experience and imagining future and plays a major role in learning, memory and spatial navigation. It is crucial for normal brain function. It becomes affected in a variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders such as temporal lobe epilepsy, amnesia, Alzheimer’s, cognitive ageing, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia and depressive and anxiety disorders.
- The hypothalamus is responsible for regulating your hunger, thirst, response to pain, levels of pleasure, sexual satisfaction, anger and aggressive behaviour, and more. It also regulates the functioning of the autonomic nervous system, which in turn means it regulates things like pulse, blood pressure, breathing, and arousal in response to emotional circumstances.
The vagus nerve represents the main component of the parasympathetic nervous system, which oversees a vast array of crucial bodily functions, including control of mood, immune response, digestion, and heart rate. The parasympathetic side, which the vagus nerve is heavily involved in, decreases alertness, blood pressure, and heart rate and helps with calmness, relaxation, and digestion. As a result, the vagus nerve also helps with defecation, urination, and sexual arousal.
Accelerated Method of Meditation
All the benefits of meditation but you reach theta brainwave effortlessly. Like meditation the more you use Vitali-Chi, the more you will remain in an alpha brainwave state the following day, which is alert but calm.
- Facilitates personal growth by aiding in the work of contacting and releasing hidden emotions, memories and patterns of bodily tension
- Highly emotional charged memories surface and clear from the aura. As you clear the aura, intuition and psychic awareness can improve and now you can raise your consciousness easier with less obstruction and a new awareness to not suppress and store future emotions.
It is an invaluable tool to facilitate learning and personal change and can be used with visualisation and imagery work. It magnifies intentional reprogramming, as when you are deeply relaxed in theta the whole brain absorbs the material effortlessly.
Increased Immune System Response with Photonic Light
We have scientific evidence that Vitali-Chi Boost increases the cells energy and photonic light transmissions that surround the body’s cells. When the cells emit a strong bright light they can message each other correctly, and when the cells energy increases their susceptibility to disease is improved. This means that the Immune System and all the systems of the body can work more effectively.
Trials with a quantum physicist revealed that after just one hour of using Vitali-Chi Boost there was an increase in photonic light transmissions and a doubling of the person’s existing energy.
The diagnostic photon machine revealed how the energy from your fingertips is linked to the
the acupuncture channels that link to every organ of your body. We were able to see the reversal of the disease process taking place before our very eyes.
Copper is an excellent conductor of energy. It is also another medium used to transmit the frequencies. It can conduct electrical impulses (the energy coursing through the meridians) and can magnify the energy transfer from the frequencies to the body. Copper also has many other healing properties. It provides a harmonic connection between the physical and astral bodies and aligns the subtle bodies. It has been used successfully to amplify and transmit thought. It activates and opens the base and sacral chakras, advancing and stabilising the energies of intuition, sexuality, desire and vitality, directing these energies toward the pursuit of one’s path of evolution.
It is also renowned for reducing stiff joints, aches and pains commonly associated with arthritis and rheumatism. Copper can also help with collagen production and can encourage the system to overcome issues that lead to skin diseases and rashes.
Frequency is the term used to explain the vibration of energy in all things. Everything we know and understand has a vibrational frequency measured in Hertz (Hz). Royal Rife, Paul Nogier and Jack Swartz were the original pioneers of frequency medicine. They dedicated their lives to discovering the frequencies that correspond to such things as diseases, bacteria, viruses and other disorders.
Royal Rife is considered to be the father of frequency medicine. He described frequency in diseased and healthy organs and established many frequencies for various diseases and disorders. Since his famous work in the 1930’s and 1940’s many other studies have been done on frequencies by various researchers, including the Federal Government. Jack Swartz, author of ‘Human Energy Systems’ and other books is another referenced expert in frequency medicine.
In diagnostic medicine, frequencies are well known: EKG’s for the heart, EEG’s for the brain, and MRI’s for injured cells. There are only a few cold lasers that are capable of utilising and emitting hundreds of specialised frequencies (from 1-40,000 Hz) as well as specific well documented healing wavelengths in the red and infrared spectrum. Frequencies help to activate the body’s innate cellular communication system and support positive immune, enzyme and endorphin responses.
Vitali-Chi Frequencies are natural vibrational healing properties that not only help you look younger but feel healthier too, because they work at a cellular level that is more than just skin deep. They assist root cause healing by conveying to the cell - ‘detox’, ‘revitalise’, ‘regenerate’ and help take out the stress that life has put in. They may be made from a combination of flowers, herbs, essential oils, earth minerals and distilled water. The infused vibrational healing properties help to revitalise your energy. These frequencies have been specifically created to re-message the cell with new patterns of behaviour and help release old patterns that have made the specific diseased state. Using the principle of the Five Elements, taken from the 5,000 year old theory from Chinese Medicine, whereby the energy from emotional states if left unprocessed result in physical disease.
All vibrational modalities activate information resident in the DNA and precipitate it into physical motion and chemical activity. This is done because the frequency contains mind, body, soul and spirit ingredients that convey this to the cell and when this happens the cell changes structure either by dispersing the message that was held in it or by offering a new message to it, such as feed me, regenerate me or revitalise me. Each organ system, while connected to the essential life force or chi of a person, is also a unique energy system, vibrating at a certain resonant frequency. An imbalance in the organ’s frequency represents a disturbance in its energy and slows the process of doing what it knows to do naturally – that is, to regenerate and renew itself. In order to stimulate regeneration, cells and organs need a specific input of energy of certain wave forms, which correlate to the weakened organ. They need the right amount of energy coupled with the right message. The ideal regenerative frequency is a booster shot of subtle energy, which imprints the proper energy pattern into the matrix of that organ system, producing a message which ultimately returns that organ system to its natural resonant frequency.
Molecules Communicate Effectively
Each molecule has its own signature frequency. A biochemical chain reaction occurs as one resonating frequency leads to another frequency with the next molecule. Thus, creating a cascade of electromagnetic impulses travelling at the speed of light. When new information is received by the body a chemical response takes place and a change in frequency occurs. As soon as the cell receives the message it knows what to do and will obediently follow instruction until its job is done.
Our electromagnetic field that surrounds our body is comprised of two parts - subtle bodies and energy emanations. The subtle bodies are bands of energy of varying intensity and vibration that surround and interpenetrate with the physical body. All of the organs, tissues and systems within our body are comprised of similarly vibrating atoms.
An effective change in the aura (electromagnetic field) takes place with Vitali-Chi.
- Within 0 – 10 minutes, a swirling of the energy field. There may be intensified feelings of imbalances in the energy field
- Within 10 – 20 minutes, a polarising of the energy field, notably from the base of the spine, negative, to the top of the spine, positive - this is where the electrons/energies flow from
- 20 minutes plus, a power surge - intense disturbed energies disappear, the energy field evens out
This ultimate cleanse of yours and others negative energies, enables a clearer flow of energy leading to wellbeing.
We have seven major energy centres called chakras that draw in energy to us. They are located near major endocrine organs in the physical body and are connected to the functioning of the endocrine (hormonal) system in the body. Vitali-Chi assists the cleansing of the energy within the chakra.
Polarity Balancing - Configuration of the Circuit
The configuration of the circuit is laid out in a figure of eight like a polarity circuit and this configuration helps the movement of the body’s energies. These movements occur as a result of the three axes of polarity that are found in the body. Head to toe, right side to left, and back to front. The energy locations used with Vitali-Chi are linked together to create a circuit that enhances recuperative processes. This link produces a better flow of energy. It is this energy that alone has the power to heal. When this energy is flowing we are “plugged” in and connected to the universal flow of energy.
